SEAP provides up to $500 grants to fund travel to present at conferences. Award may only be granted once per academic year (July 1 to June 30) and only after graduate student applies for funding from their department and/or the Graduate School.

Eligibility

Applicants must be graduate students, and must have already applied for funding from their department and/or the Graduate School.

How to Apply

Send a written e-mail request to both the SEAP director and associate director, Thamora Fishel. Provide as attachments or in the body of the correspondence:

• A simple budget. 
• The paper abstract. 
• An invitation letter to the conference.
• Indicate if you have direct deposit.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis on September 15, December 15, March 15, and June 15.
