In the weeks leading up to the conference, their responsibilities will include uploading content to the conference platform, managing email communications between conference participants, presenters, and the organizing committee, as well as conducting outreach to invite university publishers, Indonesia research centers, artists, and other nonprofit organizations to offer virtual booths at the conference.

In the weeks following the conference their responsibilities consist of gathering information for the publication of conference proceedings and liaising between conference participants, presenters, and the AIFIS consortium of scholars to facilitate sustained links between junior and senior researchers from the US and Indonesia with related research interests.

The internship will run from approximately May 31 to July 15, 2022.
