Cesar S. Ramirez-Salazar

Cesar is a second-year doctoral student at Cornell Law School in the Doctor of the Science of Law program (J.S.D.). His research analyzes the legal transplant of the American criminal justice system—and the beyond a reasonable doubt standard—to Chile and Colombia during the 1990s and early 2000s. He is interested in understanding the relationship between society, culture, and legal change.
