Addis Ayalew is an economist and has previously worked with the Ethiopia Commodity Exchange and the Ethiopian Agricultural Transformation Institute. His research focuses on development economics and public policy. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in economics from Haramaya University and a Master’s in economics from Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences. Addis is an alumnus of the Mandela Washington Fellowship (US State Department Young African Leaders Initiative).
