AY 2008-2009

The Foreign Language and Area Studies Fellowship (FLAS) Program assists in pursuing training in order to acquire a high level of competence in one or more languages critical to national needs of the United States, and a fuller understanding of the areas, regions, or countries in which that language is commonly used.
