As a 2021–22 Global Public Voices fellow, Nick Galasso will focus on an equitable post-pandemic economic recovery, particularly for the care economy, improving wages and labor conditions for workers, and ensuring the rich and corporations pay their fair share of tax.

Galasso co-authored "Working For the Few: Political Capture and Economic Inequality," a report that calculated that the 85 wealthiest people in the world have the same wealth as the poorest half of the world's population.
