CENTER FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDIES: Teaching Postdoctoral Fellowship

The Center for International Studies (CIS), in association with the School of International Relations at USC, invites applications for postdoctoral positions with two-course teaching for the 2019–20 academic year. The fall semester starts in the third week of August 2019. We seek applicants with expertise in quantitative methods, international security, international political economy and international relations of Asia with a focus on China. The successful candidates will join the Center for International Studies (CIS) at USC as postdoctoral fellows and are expected to teach one 15-week course per semester for two semesters, with the possibility of renewal of the appointment. We also look for candidates with a strong research profile with emphasis on academic publications and an interest in engaging in the vibrant research community of the School of International Relations and CIS. A PhD is required by time of the appointment.
