Timeline

Grants cover travel between April 1, 2019 and June 30, 2020.

EXTENDED! Closing date is now February 20, 2019 at 12:00 noon.

GUIDELINES FOR USING INTERNATIONAL RESEARCH TRAVEL GRANTS

Following these basic guidelines will help ensure a successful online process:

  • access the funding application from a PC desktop computer (not a mobile device/tablet or smart phone)
  • use a Chrome or Firefox browser in the most current version available
  • read and carefully follow the instructions in the online application form
  • if an applicant wishes to list a faculty member as a recommender, she/he should first ask the recommender if they can name them and supply their email address in the online system before doing so (to prevent auto-email messages from being sent to an unsuspecting person), and then be very careful to be accurate in entering the recommender's email address in the online application

Note about using online forms: Sometimes technical problems happen due to poor internet connections (location does not matter -- this can occur both within the United States and across the world); in these situations, it is best to wait and try again later when the connection seems stronger.

Application will now open November 14, 2018. Click here to apply.
