Gilbert Levine to Lead the Mario Einaudi Center for International Studies as Interim Director

Levine succeeds Nic van de Walle, John S. Knight Professor of International Studies, Department of Government, who has been the Einaudi Center’s director since January 2004.

Options for the new U.S. President” on November 20, 2008 in Call Auditorium. The debate’s four panelists were Lakhdar Brahimi, Juan Cole, Ra’id al-Sa’edi, and Michael O’Hanlon. The Director of the Einaudi Center, Nicolas van de Walle, introduced the new Series as part of the Center’s Foreign Policy Initiative. He thanked Judith Lund Biggs ’57 for her generosity and foresight in supporting this series, which serves to strengthen academic discourse at Cornell and enhance the student experience.
