The United States Department of Education designated Southeast Asia National Resource Centers (NRC) and Foreign Language and Area Studies (FLAS) Programs present for public review their successful institutional proposals. The projects presented represent grantee institutions that have received either NRC or FLAS funding or both NRC and FLAS funding for the 2006 – 2010 funding cycle.
