Funding for Student Organization Events
SEAP is able to provide small grants, advertising on its list-serve, and colored printing services to Student Organizations on Campus in support of events featuring the cultures of Southeast Asia.
To qualify for a grant the applicant organization must:
- Be registered as an approved organization with the Dean of Students
- Complete and Submit the on-line Application for Funding
- List the Southeast Asia Program as a Co-Sponsor on all publicity
- Complete the Event Report (Funding is only provided upon reciept of this report).
* SEAP is also able to provide printing services for posters, quarter cards, tickets and other items upon request. Please indicate in the application if you will be requesting this service.
Printing requests must be submitted in final form at lease ten business days in advance of delivery date. Please submit items to be printed in PDF format to SEAP@cornell.edu or hand deliver a disk to 180 Uris Hall. Quarter cards and tickets will be printed on card stock. Key contact will be notified when job is ready to be picked up.
