Eugene Cobble
(Center for Naval Analysis) Notes: Eugene earned his PhD from Cornell in the government department with a thesis on whether a European identity was emerging in the defense sector of EU countries. He has been an analyst at the Center for Naval Research since 1999, and among other assignments, he spent a year in Djibouti embedded in the Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa. Most recently he has been involved in analyzing the political situation in Iran. |
