K-12 Teacher Resources
Part of the Latin American Studies Program’s mission is to provide information about Latin America to elementary and secondary school students, other universities, media, businesses and the general public. To help further the portion of our mission that is directed towards elementary and secondary school students, please find a variety of tools for teachers. Use the links to the right to navigate between curriculum resource development, classroom visits, LASP resource kits, and our OMNI boxes. These tools will allow teachers to further the educational experience of their students tremendously. These resources fit into the New York State Department of Education Learning Standards.
