Application for co-sponsorship funding

The East Asia Program is able to provide small co-sponsorships to Student Organizations on Campus in support of events featuring the cultures of East Asia. This funding is dependent upon the submission of the on-line funding application and the subsequent submission of an Event Report.

To qualify for funding the applicant organization must:

1. Be registered as an approved organization with the Dean of Students
2. Complete and submit the on-line Application for Funding
3. List the East Asia Program as a Co-Sponsor on all publicity

Upon submission of a successful application the applicant will be provided with an e-mail outlining the funding pledged in support of the activity or event. This funding will be made available only after the successful completion of the activity or event. Funding will be dispersed within 5 business days of receipt of a fully completed Event Report.

EAP will also provide assistance with advertisement through our listerv. Please send information at least ten business days prior to the event which includes the title, date, time, locations, list of speakers if any and applicable short bios. Please submit to eap@cornell.edu or hand deliver to 140 Uris Hall.
