The Institute's Program Staff works in collaboration with the Administrative Board, which makes policies and facilitates programs and activities within and around the Institute's goals and mission. In addition, the Institute works with various Cornell Faculty Associates and IAD Fellows, who contribute by participating in the Institute's program activities.
